how do you think gta 6 will handle flipped cars and fuel?
Been thinking about how Rockstar's pushing realism in GTA 6 and it got me wondering about car stuff. In GTA V if you flip your car you just wiggle the stick and it magically rolls back over. That always felt cheap. Do you think they'll keep that or make us actually call a tow truck from the phone? Like you're stuck upside down in the middle of nowhere and you have to wait for a service to come flip you. That could be annoying but also kind of immersive.
And what about fuel? I know it's been rumored forever but with the realism angle they might actually add a gas system. Running out of gas in the middle of a chase would change everything. You'd have to plan trips or keep an eye on the gauge. Some people hate that idea but I think it could be fun if it's not too punishing.
Also the personal vehicle thing. In GTA V your car just respawns at the garage if you abandon it. But what if in GTA 6 you can permanently lose it? Like you leave it somewhere and it gets impounded or stolen and you have to go get it back or it's gone for good. That would make you actually care about your car. And damage staying on the car until you repair it manually, that would be cool. Scratches and dents accumulating over time. You'd see the history of your car on its body.
I don't know if Rockstar would go that far though. They have to balance realism with fun. Some of this stuff sounds great on paper but could get tedious. What do you all think? Would you want a fuel system and permanent car loss or is that too much?

The tow truck idea might create weird physics moments if you're flipped on uneven ground. Would the crane just spaz out? Fuel could be fine if gauges are forgiving, but permanent loss feels too punishing. I'm more curious if damage persistence might cause bugs if dents stack infinitely. That seems like a classic edge case.

Soft take. If you're gonna run a SICK build, you'd better guard it with your life.
