that shot everyone thinks is a sewer is actually a sinking cargo ship

Been seeing a lot of people call that one shot a sewer tunnel or drainage pipe and I'm not buying it. Look closer. It's a corridor inside some kind of cargo vessel. The walls, the ceiling, the way the water is coming in. That's a ship going down.

And yeah, it's filling with water. That's the giveaway. A sewer wouldn't be flooding like that in a controlled way. This is a vessel taking on water, probably after something went wrong. The question is where this ship is and what mission it belongs to.

Earlier in the trailer Jason is sneaking onto a ship in tactical gear. But in this shot he's not wearing the same outfit. So this is likely a different sequence. Maybe the ship you board earlier ends up sinking later. Or it's a separate ship entirely.

What gets me excited is the possibility of a dynamic map. Imagine you can see this cargo ship docked somewhere before the mission. Then after whatever happens, you go back and it's gone. Or you can dive down and find the wreck on the ocean floor. Rockstar has done some persistent world stuff before, but a full shipwreck that stays there would be next level.

We already know Leonida has ports and offshore areas. Port Gellhorn, the Keys, all that. A sinking ship could happen near any of them. If it's tied to a story mission, maybe it's a set piece. But if it's something you can trigger or witness, that changes how the world feels.

I'm not saying it's a random event. Probably scripted. But the aftermath being explorable would be huge. Dive down, see the hull, maybe loot something. That's the kind of detail GTA 6 needs to justify the wait.
