who actually delivers your personal car in gta 6?

Saw some previews talking about your personal car getting dropped off by an NPC and now I can't stop thinking about who that NPC is. The idea of having a real personal car that you actually care about is great, but the delivery part feels like it needs a face.

Like, surely it can't just be some random person off the street who jacks your ride and brings it to you. That would be weird. I'm wondering if it's one of your story friends, like someone you meet early on who becomes your go-to for car stuff. Or maybe your garages have a mechanic that handles it, kind of like how you'd call a mechanic in older games but now it's tied to a specific character.

I love the idea of real personal cars though. I'll probably end up stealing way less until I beat the game, just because I don't want to lose my own ride. But the delivery mechanic is the part I'm most curious about. Does the NPC just spawn next to you? Do they drive up and hand you the keys? Is there a cooldown?

So who do you think Rockstar will have dropping off your ride, a named character or some anonymous garage guy?
