GTA Online Twitch Drops — Free $1M + Highway Patrol Outfit This Week

Heads up everyone, there's a new Twitch Drops event going on right now for GTA Online and it's actually pretty generous this time around. GTA Series Videos is streaming and you can stack up to a cool million in GTA$ plus an exclusive outfit just for watching.
Here's how the tiers break down:
- 2 hours watched — GTA$250,000
- 4 hours watched — Another GTA$250,000
- 6 hours watched — Another GTA$500,000 (that's the full million right there)
- 8 hours watched — Winter Highway Patrol outfit
So basically if you just leave the stream running in a background tab while you go about your day, you can grab all of it. The cash alone makes it worth it — a free mil is nothing to sneeze at even if you've been playing for years.
What you need to do first:
- Link your Rockstar Games account to your Twitch account
- Make sure you have an eligible in-game character tied to that Rockstar account
- Watch the stream on GTA Series Videos' Twitch channel
The Highway Patrol outfit is a nice bonus if you're into collecting rare gear. Definitely one of the more unique clothing items they've given away through Drops.
Anyone already grinding this out, or are you planning to just let it run overnight?

Honestly at $125K GTA$/hour for 8 hours of passive watching, it's not terrible. That beats sitting in contact mission loading screens. Obviously can't compete with a good Cayo run if you're optimizing cooldowns, but this is zero-effort income. Just let it run while you do your NC solo lobby sell loop and you're stacking on both ends. Free mil is free mil.
Already got it running in a background tab. Easy million for zero effort.
But real talk — that Highway Patrol outfit is the actual prize here for anyone who runs LEO characters. Having legit patrol gear that most players won't have access to? That's instant credibility in police RP scenes. Way better than showing up in some generic cop outfit everyone bought from a store.
Hope whatever RP systems land in VI support this kind of promotional gear properly instead of just making it a basic skin. The rarity is what makes it work for roleplay.
