Port Gellhorn is the real money printer, not Vice City

Everyone's hyped about the neon skyline but Port Gellhorn is where the actual grind loop will live. Industrial port town with container yards and cargo ships. That's not set dressing, that's a business hub.

Think about it. Smuggling runs from the docks, import/export garages, maybe a new version of the nightclub warehouse tech but tied to sea freight. If they give us a property there with passive income linked to port activity, the $/hr could blow the old nightclub out of the water. Even a 20% bump over the current $60k/hr would be $72k. Break-even on a $3M property in about 42 hours of play. That's nothing.

And story-wise, mid-game hub makes sense. Jason's the small-time guy, Lucia's got connections. Port Gellhorn is where they scale up. Cayo Perico taught Rockstar we'll grind heists if the payout is right. A port-based heist with a 2-hour cooldown and a $1.8M take? I'm in.

What kind of business do you think they'll drop there first?

Those container cranes look climbable in ways Rockstar might not intend. Think we'll get crane parkour before the first patch?

container yards

Those crates better hide some REAL JDM imports. I'm banking on dockside garages with crate engine swaps.

OP's math on passive income is optimistic. Rockstar never lets passive outpace active grind by that margin. But the location itself? Solid tactical pick.

I'm betting on a front company, maybe a customs broker or freight forwarding office. Gives you warehouse access for prep storage and a reason to move cargo without every NPC calling the cops.

For a port heist, you'll want:

1. A lifted truck or SUV for container yard terrain

2. Silenced loadouts for dock workers with short sightlines

3. Designated driver who knows the crane layout

dockside garages

If we get those, that's where I'm staging getaway vehicles. Engine swaps matter when you're hauling heavy cargo through mud and gravel.
