My theory on the dark conspiracy: corrupt cops, Jason's death, and Lucia's rampage
Been chewing on what that 'dark conspiracy' could actually be. The way Rockstar's been teasing it, I don't think it's just some small-time drug ring. This feels bigger, like something that reaches into the Leonida state government and law enforcement.
Here's my read: Captain Voss is the face of it. He's a high-ranking cop with political ambitions, and he's running a corrupt network that includes DEA agents and local PD. The conspiracy ties together Brian Heder's drug syndicate, dirty cops, and politicians who all profit from the chaos. Voss probably sees himself as the guy who'll clean up Vice City, but only after he's done bleeding it dry.
Now the story. I think Jason gets in too deep. He starts working for these corrupt cops, maybe as an informant or a hired gun, and it gets him killed. That's the turning point. Lucia loses him and just snaps. The 'Hell Hath No Fury' line from the trailer makes a lot more sense if she's out for blood after that.
From there, Lucia goes on a rampage. She's got some allies: Dre'Quan and Real Dimez seem like they'll be on her side, plus some characters we haven't met yet. But Boobie, who I thought would be a ride-or-die, ends up as an antagonist. Maybe he's tied to the conspiracy or just sees Lucia as a liability. Either way, it gets messy.
I don't think Lucia dies at the end. That'd be too predictable, and Rockstar's already done the tragic protagonist death. The conspiracy stretches way beyond just one person, so her surviving but being forever changed feels more fitting. San4San backing her up against the corrupt cops would be a nice twist too, the gang becoming an unlikely ally.
If Rockstar actually goes this dark with the story, I'm all for it. A revenge tale where the system itself is the final boss? That's the kind of ambition GTA 6 needs.

Hell of a grind if true. Running Voss's network is basically the MC business loop from hell. You've got product moving, cops on payroll, politicians taking cuts. Overhead must be insane. Bet their profit-per-hour looks great on paper but the griefing factor is lethal.
Jason going down early would be the worst break-even moment in the game. Spend all that time building rep just to get wiped by friendly fire from dirty cops. That's basically a Cayo Perico elite run wiped for nothing. $1.4M down the drain.
Lucia burning it all down solo? High risk, high reward. Like running nightclub popularity with no security upgrade. I'm just hoping Rockstar makes the payout worth the cooldown. Need at least $200K per hour to justify that stress.
