rockstar north co-lead says gta 6 is still on for november, no delays

Caught this from GamesRadar+ earlier. Rockstar North's co-lead is out here saying the game "will be released on time" and that November 19 is locked in. No wiggle room, no "we're evaluating" nonsense. Just straight up: it's coming when they said it would.
What's interesting is the timing. The extended look just dropped on August 27 and apparently broke streaming records, and now Rockstar is doubling down on the release date. The co-lead also mentioned hoping that extended look would stop fans from being "worried about the quality." Which tells me they've been seeing the same anxiety we've all been posting about for months. The long silence, the delays rumors, the fear that this thing would slip to 2027. They know people are nervous.
I get it. After 13 years, every little bit of news gets picked apart. But between the pre-orders opening back in June, the Ultimate Edition selling out in some places, and now this statement, Rockstar seems pretty confident. They wouldn't be this loud about a date if they weren't sure. Or maybe they're just trying to keep the hype train from derailing before the holidays.
Either way, I'm not complaining. November 19 is 82 days away. That's less than three months. I've waited over a decade, I can handle a few more weeks. But if they push it back now, after all this, I might actually lose it.
Do you think Rockstar is genuinely confident or just doing damage control after all the delay rumors?
