Grotti keeps delivering the goods

So GTA Series Videos just put up a clean 4K 60fps showcase of the new Grotti Itali Classic that dropped with the A Safehouse in the Hills update. No commentary, just pure car sounds and eye candy if you want to see what this thing looks like in action before dropping cash on it.

What we're looking at

The Itali Classic joins the Grotti lineup as part of the latest update content. If you've been around GTA Online for a while, you know Grotti basically equals Ferrari in the Rockstar universe, so expectations are always high when they add something new to the brand.

From the footage, it's got that classic sports car vibe — definitely leaning more vintage than the usual Grotti supercars we've gotten used to. Should be a solid addition for collectors who've been wanting something with a bit more retro flair in their garage.

Worth picking up?

  • Grotti branding practically guarantees solid performance stats
  • Classic styling stands out from the usual supercar crowd
  • Could be a limited-time thing like other update vehicles have been in the past

Always tough to say how these cars will actually handle until you get them on the track, but the visual design alone makes it worth considering if you've got the garage space and bankroll.

Has anyone bought the Itali Classic yet? How does it actually handle compared to the other Grotti options?

"Safehouse in the Hills" and they drop a classic Italian stallion... yeah, nothing symbolic there. Grotti. Gate. The horse emblem. All roads lead somewhere, you just aren't looking at the map right.

Notice how the vintage ones always return when the hill updates drop. Same pattern, different cycle. The Itali Classic isn't just a car—it's a marker. Watch where it spawns in the showcase. Watch the angle of the shots.

But nobody ever looks. They just buy.

Picked it up yesterday. Handles tighter than I expected for a classic — closer to the Stinger GT than the Cheburek, that's for sure. But honestly? I'm more interested in whether this update's missions are worth 100%-ing. The vehicle rewards need to earn their garage slot, like how The Big Score made that Gauntlet purchase feel justified. Anyone run the new content yet? If the missions are as shallow as last drip, I'm skipping the grind regardless of how pretty this Grotti looks.

Picked it up last night. Handles like it's got opinions — tail-happy on corners but the straight-line pull is legit. For RP though? This is a made man's weekend car. If your character's running a Vinewood Hills lifestyle and rolling up to social events in a Zentorno, you're doing it wrong. Classic Grotti screams old money credibility. Just pray your server's economy doesn't make it a everyone-and-their-mom car within a week.
