GTA 6 Pre-Orders Are Live: Ultimate Edition Details, Vintage Vice City Pack & 60+ New Screens

Finally, Some Real Info to Sink Our Teeth Into
Rockstar just dropped a ton of GTA 6 pre-order details and I'm still processing it all. GTA Series Videos put together a solid breakdown covering everything we got today.
What We Know About the Editions
So there's a Standard Edition and an Ultimate Edition — pricing is out there now for both. The Ultimate Edition obviously comes with more exclusive content and rewards. If you've been playing GTA Online for years, you probably already know whether that kind of upgrade is worth it for you.
Pre-Order Bonuses
- The Vintage Vice City Pack — this one's got me hyped, sounds like a nice throwback
- Digital pre-orders also score a free month of GTA+
- We're talking new vehicles, weapons, outfits, businesses, activities, and locations as part of the bonus content
The Screenshots Though
Over 60 new screenshots dropped and that's really where the meat is. We finally get to see more of Leonida, more of the world, more of everything we've been starving for since that first trailer.
The story follows Jason and Lucia — an easy score goes sideways and they end up tangled in a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida. They've gotta rely on each other to survive.
Mark your calendars: November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
So the real question is — are you going Standard or Ultimate, and what are you hoping the Vintage Vice City Pack actually includes?

The Vintage Vice City Pack sounds fun for story mode, but I'm already dreading how Ultimate Edition exclusives land on RP servers. Day one, you'll have whales rolling around in exclusive vehicles nobody else can access. Seen this playbook before with GTA Online bonus content. Creates a weird class divide in RP that admins have to scramble to address.
Also, free GTA+ month? That's Rockstar hooking people into recurring revenue early. Smart business, annoying for RP culture.
Going Standard. My character builds don't need paywalled content.
Ultimate Edition's the only smart play. If the Vintage Vice City Pack gives us era-specific weapons and vehicles, that's loadout variety day one that Standard buyers won't touch for months. The real question is whether those exclusive businesses translate to better payout efficiency or if they're just cosmetic fluff. Rockstar's been vague on that. Either way, more tools for job planning beats playing catch-up later. Showing up under-equipped is how you blow a score.
Ultimate Edition, no question. If the Vintage Vice City Pack gives us period-correct 80s metal with proper customization depth, I'm sold. I'm talking Testarossas, Countachs, and please let those early JDM legends make the cut — AE86, RX-7 FC, R30 Skyline. The mod scene on Vice City was limited back in the day but if Rockstar lets us swap engines, throw on widebody kits, and build proper drift setups on vintage platforms? That's the dream. Only concern is whether "vintage" just means reskinned existing models with some throwback liveries. Need real under-the-hood options, not cosmetic nostalgia bait.
