Art Oregano shirt in the new GTA Online DLC — Vice City art fair tease?

Caught this while messing around with the new GTA Online update. There's a character wearing the same Cal Hampton necklace that got posted about earlier, but what really caught my eye was the shirt. It's got an "Art Oregano" logo on it.

For anyone who doesn't know, Art Basel is that huge annual art fair down in Miami Beach. "Art Oregano" is pretty clearly a GTA-style parody of that. The wiki already has a page for it as a brand, but seeing it pop up now, this close to GTA 6, feels intentional.

I'm thinking we might actually get an Art Oregano event or location in Leonida. Vice City's whole vibe is neon and excess, so a big pretentious art fair would fit right in. Maybe it's a social space, or tied to a mission where you have to steal some priceless painting. Could even be a front for something shady, knowing Rockstar.
